Hello avid followers! We are now in Washington DC, having arrived here today from Philly on a bus that made Megabus seem like travelling business class, and are now online! Wireless has been ridiculously expensive in the hotels we've stayed in so far so we've purchased a Virgin mobile dongle (apparently the only company in the US that offer mobile broadband, according to the guy in Radio Shack, but then he did give the impression of being on work experience...)
Anyway, about to go out for dinner with one of Lynne's old drinking partners from her Madrid days, but photos and tales of our adventures so far will be posted very shortly. Have had an absolutely fantastic time - there is much to tell!
